About

Two people, one oven, a lane that smells like butter by seven.

Harbor & Hearth started because the good loaf was always somewhere else, and the somewhere else closed on Mondays too.

Maya learned to bake in other people’s kitchens — hotel pastry, a grim five-am supermarket, then a farmstay that actually cared about flour. Tom kept the books for a fish shop on the same strip and was tired of eating packaged toast.

Wharf Lane had an empty corner with a flue that still worked. That was the business plan. We open when the first tray is out, not when a spreadsheet says we should.

This page is part of a TerraDesigns sample site: the bakery is invented so you can see how a real local shop might talk. The hours, the menu, the mess on the counter — that is the tone we like.
