Why we baked this place

A counter, not a concept.

Harbor & Hearth is the bakery you send a friend to when they ask where the bread is actually from. Maya runs the oven. Tom runs the list. Nobody here will talk to you about a “brand journey.”

If you need a tart for Sunday, a tray of rolls for the office, or just a coffee while the loaf cools — that is the whole offer.

More about the bakery

Catering from the same oven.

Funerals, office breakfasts, the Saturday that got too big. Tell us the headcount and the date. We will tell you what the oven can honestly do.
